90s No Boundaries Floral Maxi Dress Short Sleeve Midi Size Small

Vintage 90s navy blue floral midi dress from No Boundaries. This is missing a size tage but would likely fit like a modern small or medium or an oversized fit on an XS. Lightweight fabric with an all over floral fabric in navy blue, pink, and white. Scoop neck neckline with a short sleeve. The best part is the seam around the waist area that goes into a v shape, it makes for a unique and flattering style. Fit and flare dress. Is a maxi or midi style dress depending on height. Overall good vintage condition but please note that there has been a small repair made on the front where there was a small hole.
